What happens next?
As soon as you have completed the transfer process and pressed confirm the following steps will occur:
- We will email you with details of the transfer that you have arranged
- We will alert the existing supplier to the fact that you are changing energy supplier, this will help ensure that thetransfer occurs as quickly as possible.
- The new supplier will commence the transfer process and write to you with a welcome pack. Depending on the new supplier this can take between 2 days and 3 weeks.
- Just before the transfer occurs you will be asked to supply a meter reading for each fuel you are transfering - this allows the existing supplier to prepare your final energy bill and the new supplier to set up your account.
- You sit back and wait for the savings!
